Two-year movement warranty

Every T-ENGINE watch is covered for two years from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in the movement. What is covered - Movement failure that is not caused by impact, water damage or unauthorised repair - Hands that come loose in normal wear - Defects in the case or crown that affect normal operation What is not covered - Scratches, dents and cosmetic wear - Damage from water exposure beyond the stated ATM rating - Battery replacement after the first battery - Repairs carried out by a third party How to claim Reply to your order confirmation with your order number, a short description and a photo of the issue. We will confirm whether to send the watch back to Hong Kong for inspection. Approved claims are repaired or replaced at our cost.
